For a curling game. It would be nice if the gift feature would work considering the Olympics are right around the corner. There are also some glitches with the random game in multiplayer. Aside from that it can be pretty addictive :).

I wanted to get a curling app, and this looked promising. The problem is the controls. I am not getting any rotation allowed on the stone, and many times the throw goes off before I am ready. The explanation with the game is pretty bad as well. While some of this is attributable to operator error, there is no recovery or no guide to help. My first few sides have not been enjoyable, because try as I might, the control is just not there.

This could be a really great game. Now subtract out the cheesy sound effects for the power and spin, the bad UI for the spin and power (maybe a side window for the spin), and lastly - a desperately needed practice option. Physics seems to be correct, and camera motion is fantastic.

Dont let the price turn you away immediately, this is a high quality game. The physics in this are very realistic. It really gives you the feeling of actually curling. The presentation is great, with all the animations and details. The sound effects with pin point accuracy resemble a real stone on ice. With this you can play the way you want, with the time you have. Play a quick match with 4 ends and 4 stones just to get a fast fill of curling.. Or play a tournament with the full 8 stones and 10 ends. For those of us fresh off watching the Olympics, this is a great way to get your curling fix. Although the app is a great work, I would like to add a few minor suggestions. -Defensive sweeping -Customizable characters -Practice mode for new users Dont let any review stating the difficulty of this game turn you away. This game, with a useful demo example lets you control the way you want to curl the rock and learn from experience. After one end you should get a grasp of things. Also, the difficulty can be adjusted from easy which it defaults to, to hard. The difference being how smart and well the computer plays against you. Great app would recommend to all curling fans!

I love this game and have been playing it non stop since I got it around when the Olympics started. I mainly play multiplayer, however, today multiplayer quit working. When I tap on multiplayer it gives me this error, "(A4B0) Network Error. Please try again later.". I have tried deleting and downloading it again and I am still getting this error. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I am an avid curling fan so I felt not remorse on spending $5. However this game would be much more successful if it was only a dollar. With that being said, everything you could ask for in a true curling game. Only fix would be to update the sweepers because it lags and doesnt apply immediately

Curling is extremely boring to watch on tv, but this app makes it fun to play. Lots of depth, requiring skill and strategy. Looks great on iPhone and iPad.

Physics, graphics, the way you can curl the stone, oh my gosh, amazing, fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! Fabulous job developers, God bless.

Now sure I will ever get anything done now that Ive found it.

Its a nice try at Curling but the creators clearly have never curled before. The stones are not proportional to the rink. Spinning a stone harder does not make it curl more. Its a good try and the physics and thought about gameplay are ok. I wouldnt spend the money.
